These protein puffs are my go-to for a snack when I want something that is great tasting and crunchy but without totally screwing up your diet. There are 21 grams of protein, 2 grams of carbs, and less than 4g of fat per serving! They are a little bit salty tasting, but heck - I like that anyways. First ever Amazon review just for these bad, bad boys. These are so ungodly terrible. The first second they are in your mouth, they taste great from the powder on them. The second that dissolves, it’s like chewing what I would imagine would be the product if you combined sandpaper, cardboard, and the smell of a wet dog. I imagine tasting Voldemorts sweat is probably a more pleasant experience than consuming these. Do NOT waste your money.

Received a container of the Sour Cream and Onion flavor today. I am not sure why I expected it to be bigger. The serving size is 1 cup and there are 10 servings in a container. The cost is kind of expensive for what you get, but it's the only high protein, fairly low in fat, low carb snack I could find. The sour cream and onion flavor is really, really light - like almost non-existent. You would have to stuff 100 of them in your mouth at once to get the sour cream and onion flavor you'd get from 1 chip. As for the hard bits, one of the puffs I ate had a hard bit in it but it wasn't a big deal. It was like chewing on a big bit of uncooked corn meal. There may be more, but so far, just one. The initial after taste of this flavor isn't great but once you eat a few more it's a non issue. The other thing is if you get any stuck on your gums the consistency becomes like the remnants of Whisps in your mouth. All in all not too bad but not like eating Wise Cheese Puffs or anything packed with flavor. If you find plain oatmeal a tasty treat, these are right up your ally.

These are very small, smaller than I thought they would be. They are about the size of the small jaw breaker candy. I wish they had the slightly larger size, in this size of package. Will have to look to see if they sell those. But good flavor especially if you're watching carbs/sugar.

I’m following a Ketogenic diet and was looking for a good low-carb snack. I really struggle to get my protein in, as I only eat one, sometimes twice a day. I was searching Amazon and somehow stumbled upon this product. Despite reading some not so favorable reviews, I decided to purchase the Sour Cream & Onion and the Nacho Cheese. In all honesty, I expected these to be merely okay at best. That seems to be the norm with Keto products. Truth be told, I was pleasantly surprised. I personally think the two flavors I’ve tried so far taste pretty good and they’re a surprisingly filling snack. They arrived quickly, within a few days of making my order. The containers are rather large, and when you measure out a serving, you realize you actually have quite a bit. They do not smell bad, but they do have a strong smell, so I’d advise either double bagging them or using a small container. My only real complaint is the price. They are a little expensive, but honestly, that’s not going to keep me from ordering them again. I did read some of the other comments and there were two that really caught my eye. One was that the individual had found some hard pieces in his/her puffs. I found some as well, in the Nacho Cheese flavor. I’m not sure what they are, I’m guessing just a bit of ingredients that didn’t get incorporated as well during the making process, but they honestly didn’t bother me. The other comment that caught my eye was the mention that this individual had expected something akin to the size of cheese puffs. These are about the size of a pea, and are nothing at all like the carb laden cheese puffs you get at your local grocery store. The size of the products didn’t bother me, because by the time you measure out the serving (30 grams or 1 cup), you’ve got a really decent amount. All in all, I do like this product and I will be making future purchases.

At first bite, you think they’re gonna be great and then as you chew on them, they get worse and they have a bad aftertaste and texture. Wish I had been smart enough to return them in time.

i got the sour cream and onion flavor and let me tell you, they are very mediocre. they’re nice and crunchy but leave a weird fizzy feeling in your throat after eating. also the taste is truly disappointing as i thought they’d resemble other sour cream and onion flavored chips; they taste more like cheap ramen flavoring. you get a small hint of flavor, and it’s a flavor that’s not very enjoyable to begin with. not sure if the other flavors would’ve been better but this one was for sure a letdown. I’m aware that protein snacks are almost never as good as the real thing, but out of any i’ve tried in the past these are by far the worst.

Low carb diets are missing any kind of chips, and this protein product fills the bill. I eat it like popcorn, topped with butter, or sour cream, queso, salsa, etc. As long as you eat it quickly, it has a nice crunch but it gets soggy quick with toppings. It is also very expensive.

They taste great but I get sick of eating them after about a handful. And once you chew them they have a very strange texture.

Tasted great even my children stole some to munch on had to his them from my kids 😂

Very expensive for the amount you get but the protein puffs are a great snack.
