Encouraging and empowering, a great book.
An excellent book, with gentle support and really good ideas to help you through difficult times. Not as judgmental as other books on the subject, more encouraging and empowering. If you like the Mindfulness workbook but would like a little more background, this is a good book.If your stress is getting out of control, you can't sleep, can't find ways to cope, this book has really helpful advice and strategies that are really worth trying.Its making a difference already. ThanksIf you can't take meds, I'd also recommend Rescue Remedy to ease down some stress levels to support this books advice too.

Really helpful and useful book. Totally relatable and easy to read. I'm just dipping in and out when I feel I need to and it's really helping. Having been on meds for 6yrs I struggled coming off but this book is helping me to rebalance myself without the use of meds. Definitely recommend!
