Tian Ma, Gastrodia (Gastrodia Elata) Glycerite, Dried Tuber Powder Alcohol-Free Liquid Extract 2 oz

I was told by my acupuncturist that I have the excessive rise of liver yang and flaming of the liver fire. I did some research online and found that Tian Ma helps with headaches and neck pains associated with these conditions. I was taking other herbs prescribed by my acupuncturist that have been very helpful...but nothing ever seemed to take my headaches away. Today, I rubbed some essential oils on my head, neck and back (specifically lavender, hemp and copiaiba oils). Then I took 30 drops of Tian Ma and held it under my tongue for a moment followed by a few ounces of water. The headache completely disappeared. I hope this continues working! I've been searching for headache relief for a very very long time. Obviously you should only take this product if you have some idea of what you're doing.

I suffer from occasional bouts of vertigo and this was one of the remedies suggested on a blog that I frequent. I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. It didn't work immediately but after a few days I had a marked decline in light-headedness. Not sure if it'll work for everyone as our bodies respond differently to substances but it may be worth a try.
