Really does help my sleep

I took this an hour before bed and not only did I get the sharpest, most painful headache, I also got hit with the worst anxiety and adrenaline rush. It didn’t occur to me that this may be due to the lemon balm but I was very confused and unsettled. When the exact same thing happened after I took it the following night it became clear. One is one of the worst things I’ve taken. No thank you. Straight in the bin.
