This was a lovely product. Rather difficult to assemble. Our problem was it did not specify a height required to accommodate the roller. We required it to be fitted under our soffit like our last one. You should put that information on your item detail page somewhere. I was very disappointed I had to return it.

It does take a few minutes to assemble, then two people on ladders to put it up, but it's not hard. I crank it in when there's a big wind to protect it. Reasonably priced. I'm happy with it.

I finally got this awning put up today and it’s beautiful. It has multiple settings where you can tilted more or leave it straight out like I have it now. It’s beautiful and once the house gets painted, it will look amazing. It takes two people to mount and not to easy to put together. Luckily, I was able to hire out.

We purchased the 8' x 7' awning for the backside of our fifth wheel camping trailer which is parked on a seasonal site. It is my opinion that the assembly instructions were written by AI and never checked to see if they made any sense at all. With that said, I was able to assemble all components with very little effort. The quality of the components was on par with my expectations, based on manufacturing location. The both castings which except adjustment bolts for setting the angle of the awning were tapped improperly and one was stripped from the factory. I don't expect to change the angle beyond the initial set up, so I was able to Macgiver a way to use the awning. The quality control team really needs to look more closely at the thread engagement or change the design of adjustment.

We love it.. it’s very colorful which adds charm to our summer home. The price is right & the materials are sturdy.

We have a very limited space and needed a small awning to provide shade. This was perfect and the bright gold and blue stripes added a nice burst of color! The hand crank makes it very easy to extend and roll up.

The common remark is that the instructions are to say the least inadequate but I persevered and now have two very sturdy and practical awnings. The purpose of the review is to give kudos to their customer service. I had a problem with one of the brackets where the screw thread would not hold and therefore could not adjust the awning angle. Called customer service, got through promptly and explained the problem. I asked if they could send a new bracket. Can’t do that but we will send a complete replacement. I thought yeah! Lo and behold 5 days later a new awning was delivered.Thank you. Some other companies should follow their example. Will not hesitate to purchase again.
