Grifiti Deck 11 Travel Laptop Lap Desk Retrofits inside Sleeves and Cases 8 x 12 x 0.25 Inches for 11 inch MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Notebooks, iPads, Small Keyboards, and Writing

I have two sizes of the Grifiti Decks and I love them both. Very simple product, essentially an aluminum sheet covered in a neoprene type material, very light. The 11 inch deck is perfect for my Surface Pro 4. I put my SP4 in the UAG case which has a smaller kickstand than the built in one. The Grifiti Deck removes any and all "lapability" issues that you may have with the Surface Pro line, case or not. The size of this one allows me to slip it right into my pack and its always on hand. This is almost the exact size of the SP4 so it'll fit in your sleeve right along with it. Highly recommended especially for the SP line.

Somewhat lightweight. I miss the lap desk I had when I was in grad school it was perfect. But I can't remember the name, and this one is almost as good.

Product concept is great, but actual product arrived dirty in the package. Looked like manufacturing residue. I wiped it with a paper towel and noticed this awful smell. Reminded of my old scuba wetsuit. I tried to use the lap desk and it functioned as described, but I couldn't get past that old neoprene smell. I threw it away after one use. At twenty dollars it wasn't worth sending back. Not recommended.

This is almost exactly what I was looking for for my iPad Pro 10.5-inch with Smart Keyboard attached. I say “almost.” The product description says the dimensions are 12 x 9. If that were true, it would fit the base of my setup perfectly, but the true dimensions are 12 x 8. I’ll keep it, but I’m disappointed.

I love this little "desk". It fits my Lenovo Yoga 3 11" perfectly. All I wanted was something to help block the heat from this little laptop that gets awfully toasty with light to moderate use. I didn't want a big old desk that would be bulky and hard to carry around. This one slips right into my sleeve that fits my laptop perfectly and that all fits in my leather carrying case just right. I love this. If you want something basic and super portable and not much larger than your tablet or small laptop, this is the one. If you want one with wrist rests and cup holders and room for a mouse, keep looking.

Is just a hair smaller than my 2013 MBPr's bottom. If it was maybe a inch bigger on the diagonal it would be perfect.

I started using my iPad Mini with Shaark keyboard to take notes in Bible School but needed something sturdier than my binder to put it on. This travel desk is perfect! It’s lightweight, allows for extra space on the deck so I can put my phone opened to the YouVersion Bible app, and easily slips into my tote bag. The non-slip surface ensures my iPad stays put and has also doubled as a writing surface for exams.

I use this with my iPad, and it gives great stability for typing in my lap, using an external blue tooth keyboard. It is very light weight and easy to slide into my bag along with my iPad. I often take notes in church, conferences, etc. It is exactly what I wanted.
