If you're perimenopausal...
I have to let other women know-- this practically cured my horrible joint pain and popping overnight. I never take supplements, but I've hit perimenopause at 40 and a brick wall. I feel I've made an amazing decision. I can even sprint a little without pain. Highly recommend this brand. My elbow still hurts but everything else feels such relief, and I'm more energetic.

Work great if you are an Equol producer.
These work great! Most women don’t know that if you are not an Equol producer then soy will not work for you as far as getting any estrogenic benefits. For others it may take a while for your body to adjust to making Equol from soy in your gut. When it does it works great. Hope this helps.

My Sweating Is Decreasing!!
It hasn’t even been a whole week on these capsules 3x a day (per instructions) and my hot flashes & night sweats are already being reduced significantly! I’m actually very surprised it created results so soon, but continued use with time will show me definitive results.I’m 45yo and likely in perimenopause now, but I have not had a blood test to confirm this. These night sweats & hot flashes increasing over the past year is my only clear symptom so far, but definitely quite bothersome.I will try to give an update in the future regarding further effectiveness, but I plan to stay on this product as directed for awhile.

Helps with joint pain from menopause.
After reading the reviews I wasn't sure this was going to help me as I don't really have hot flashes. My symptoms are more joint pain and stiffness (mostly hands) and hair loss.Decided to give them a try and only took 2 a day and joint pain got 90% better then I ran out and stopped taking them and pain has returned. I have done nothing else for this so I have to say that these pills have really helped and I am ordering more today.

Seems To Work. 😀
I've been experimenting with soy isoflavones after reading that soy foods/ products can be used as a substitute for estrogen. There is mixed info, some sources say it's as good as estrogen and others say that its not true, and others say that it acts as a testosterone blocker. So after reading reviews of women claiming that it's helping them with their hormones and what not I thought I'd just give it a shot. I think it works! My skin seems softer and I swear I gained some weight (not a bad thing, I'm naturally very skinny). I gained noticable fat all over my body, and even in my waist/ tummy but honestly it's worth it to gain weight in my desired areas too (butt, legs, hips). And for this price, that's pretty amazing. I will be buying more. I tried Natures Way before this one and that was twice as much, I didnt know about this brand. I will be trying other brands to see which ones have the best effect.

breakdown of ingredients not shown - not transparent
I'm not sure how many stars to rate, as I haven't used this long enough to know if it helps my hot flashes. I have noticed though, that there is no breakdown of ingredients on the label, which seems very non-transparent. I've read that 15mg of Genistin is what studies have shown helps most. The label on this product lists this (amongst other things) as "typical isovlavone composition", but doesn't show the breakdown of mg for each component. How am I to know how much genistin I'm actually getting? Already opened this, but likely won't buy it again and instead will look for a product that has more transparency in their ingredients.

Soy Isoflavin
I really can't live without this! I'm one of the "lucky" women who still have hot flashes 13 years after final menopause set in. If I skip a day, I'm hot flashing as though I've been set on fire!
