I’m am now just finishing my first bottle of Berbercol. My last labs had a slight increase in cholesterol numbers. Rather than start a statin, I am trying this route. I can honestly say I have more energy. My cravings for sweet then salty have diminished. I have lost about 5 pounds in last month. I feel less bloated. I am anxious to see next lab results. I’m feeling they will improve greatly.

**UPDATE ** 5/30/2024 My system was not able to adjust to this product / bad stomach issues; but the company was very gracious and offered me a full refund. Very nice to deal with. Giving 5 stars because I have nothing negative to report. I have not had any recent blood work done to check my lipid levels. Have been taking for 5 - 6 months. In the meantime, I am trying to decipher the truth between conventional and alternative on the matter of cholesterol. Good grief.....

I always knew about berberine but never knew which to buy .I met a woman who told me this is what's worked for her so I ordered .I will definitely give this time .
