Mustela Stelatopia Emollient Cream has been wonderful for my baby’s sensitive, eczema-prone skin. After just a few uses, I noticed a significant improvement in dryness and irritation. It provides deep hydration and works very well as a facial cream. I really appreciate that it is fragrance-free and made with natural ingredients like avocado and sunflower oils, which makes it safe and gentle for delicate baby skin. The texture is smooth, absorbs quickly, and does not feel greasy. The size is perfect for on-the-go use and fits easily in a diaper bag. Overall, this is a reliable, dermatologist-recommended cream that truly helps soothe and protect sensitive skin. Highly recommended for babies with dry or eczema-prone skin.

I’m not a baby, nor do I have excema. When I was diagnosed with rosacea I had a hard time finding something that would calm my skin, in particular my eye lids. This is the only cream that stops the burning and starts the healing. Be careful about getting it in the eye, in fact use a q-tip to apply. I can feel the difference immediately, and see the difference and healing in about 2 days. I love it!

This is the second Mustela product I’ve used, and it has not disappointed. As others have said, this reduced the red cracked dry skin on my baby’s face after just two applications. It is extremely hydrating and moisturizing. Even though this feels a little pricey, for such a small container, I would highly recommend this product to anybody whose baby has eczema. If your baby also suffers from cradle cap, I recommend checking out what this brand has to offer. We also use that product and the cradle cap has disappeared. I will keep using this brand over and over.

Works well for minor eczema. But if you have severe eczema, you may want to look elsewhere. Overall, I like this product. Combined with Vaseline and Aquaphor.

Como madre, lo que más me preocupa es usar productos que no irriten la piel de mis hijos, especialmente cuando hay brotes de sequedad extrema o atopía. Después de probar varias marcas, la línea Stelatopia de Mustela se ha vuelto indispensable en mi casa. Porque cumple lo que promete, lo personal lo que más me gusta como mamá es el alivio real de la picazón en cuanto la aplicas, notas cómo calma esa necesidad de rascarse. Es increíble para usarla después del baño, ya que sella la hidratación de inmediato. Me da mucha paz mental que el 95% de sus ingredientes sean de origen natural (como el destilado de aceite de girasol). Se nota que está hecha pensando en las pieles más frágiles. No tiene ese olor a perfume químico que a veces empeora las alergias. Tiene un aroma muy limpio y neutro. Mi experiencia de uso: La textura es rica pero no es una pasta difícil de esparcir. Se absorbe bien y deja la piel con una sensación de "escudo protector" que dura todo el día. Yo la uso tanto en la cara como en el cuerpo de mi bebé cuando veo zonas rojas o muy ásperas. Si tienes niños con piel muy seca o tú misma sufres de sensibilidad extrema, esta crema es una inversión que vale la pena. Es delicada, pediátrica y, sobre todo, funciona desde la primera aplicación. ¡Recomendada al 100% yo la uso con mis niños y no te miento es la mejor!

We have been using this product for 6 months now, and it is time to tell people how much I appreciate this product. I tried so many different brands, and finally found this one that worked for my two year old daughter. She had bad eczema flare up on her hands and face in April. I bought so many eczema skin care products and nothing really worked until I found this one. The main difference between this Mustela face cream and other products is that the Mustela face cream can really keep the skin moistured (not oiled) for a long time. Some cream are really oily, but those do not work for my baby. Here is my two-step treatment that really worked to calm down a bad skin flare up. Hope it helps someone as I remember how desperate I was a few months ago. I wash my baby's hands and face twice a day and use a two-step treatment while the skin is still damp. First I use Eucerin Baby Eczema Flare Up Treatment, because it helps relieve the itching, but it does not keep the skin moisturized for long. So, I apply the Mustela face cream after Eucerin. This really helped the skin to feel soft for the whole day. I sometimes apply Mustela in the middle of the day to add more moisture if her skin feels dry again. Note that this tube is small. I also tried the Mustela lotion that is a lot bigger and cheaper than this small tube of face cream, but that does not work as well as this one to moisturize the skin. So, I kept on using this small tube, and in the worst days, I could use one up in less than two weeks. It could get expensive, but definitely worth it for sure.

Recomiendo la crema si al igual que yo tienes un bebe de piel sensible esta crema la uso para la carita de mi bebe. El aroma para mi es agradable es suave.

Amazing for eczema on the face. I have oily skin and find that this product works well with it. It does make it harder to layer other products like sun cream on top though. Im hoping to use this only in Winter.
