No, it does not. The gradation marks are in 1/16 inch increments along one edge of the tape and in 1 mm increments along the other edge. There are no 1/32 inch hash marks at all.

What is the stand out length? How far out will it stay stiff before bending?

I was able to extend the tape out horizontally about 5' 6" (66 inches / 168 cm) before it bent.

Does this tape measure lock?

Yes, but you have to slide the locking lever. It isn't self-locking like the SL2816.

What is the actual size of the tape measure itself ?

roughly 70mm x 65mm x 25mm(nominal). Very typical of a tape measure of this length. I was impressed with the high quality for the cost.
