Product relieves mild to moderate vaginal dryness & discomfort. Can make intercourse more enjoyable. Probably won’t be helpful if severe dryness exists as this may require other hormonal products. Should use everyday or every other day to see better results. It is non toxic with clean ingredients which is important to me. Been using this for several years. Age 64. First product that made a difference for me after menopause. Tried others and nothing, but painful sex and mounting issues with my husband of 25 years. The DHEA is what caught my interest. Applied a little and I noticed a sense of arousal, then vast improvement for the terrible dryness of my lady parts immediately. And it improves the longer you use it! My doctor also has me on vaginal estrogen cream internally. I feel better and more confident and sex is not usually painful and is something to look forward to not run away and hide from. Smell is pleasant. If you are dry down there, painful sex, losing interest in sex and dear lord having relationship issues because of these changes, give this cream a try. This is a good product but is overpriced. There are less expensive alternatives also with DHEA, e.g. a similar cream is on Amazon at half the daily cost. This one, however, provides the peace of mind that it is formulated by a board certified gynecologist and comes with excellent customer support. They respond quickly to inquiries. This is not just a moisturizer. The key ingredient is DHEA, a hormone that, in postmenopausal women, will rejuvenate the tissue of the vulva and, in other preparations, the vagina. This takes time and often initially causes a burning sensation. This is normal and an indication that it is working as the old atrophied cells are replaced with healthy tissue. Unfortunately, many people give up (and write negative reviews) due to this initial reaction. Maximum effect will take several weeks. If you are concerned about skin sensitivity or allergic reaction, try applying a small amount to the skin on the inside of your elbow for a few days first. I experienced the initially burning but after a few days there was no burning, just a pleasant warm tingling feeling. After about 10 days there was a dramatic improvement in comfort and appearance. The labia had plumped up and turned a youthful pink color. I no longer had the discomfort of dryness. I plan to add a vaginal DHEA insert to treat the vaginal tissue.

Julva Feminine cream is a very good product. Great scent and silky texture. Doesn’t irritate the skin at all. Quality ingredients (see attached photo) and a very good value! Very effective!

Love love love this. Trust me women, it works great. No scent, and it is more creamy than I expected. Very moisturizing and does not irritate my sensitive skin. Great value, saved a few dollars by ordering through Amazon.

It works and it was better than lubricants. After 3-4 days I had a reaction, I end up at urgent care with allergy. I was itching and it was burning and swollen. Unfortunately this product is not for me.
