Close, but not a perfect fit.
Installing the pump was not as easy as I wished it had been. The factory mounting bolts are too short fit the new thicker legs of the replacement pump. Quick run to Ace hardware to get longer bolts and it works very well.

one mounting leg covers engine drain plug. need to remove pump to change engine oil. you need to use longer mounting bolts.
