Clear Creek Portable Fly Fishing Dual Rod & Reel Complete Protection Storage Carrying Case

I have a very nice 4 piece 9' fly rod which I use for fishing on the Gulf side of Florida. I keep the line and fly on the rod and used a 2' rod case. It got to be a pain taking the rod down into 4 pieces so i bought a 59" case, thus I only had to take the rod into two 4' sections. When the case arrived I immediately put the rod in is with the line and fly attached. So much simpler. I can now carry by back-up rod. The dividers are great as the rod pieces do not tough each other and the reel fits in great. I just use the case to put in the vehicle until we put the boat in the water at which time the case is left in the vehicle and the rod is placed in the boat, ready to catch some fish. If you have not figured it out, I really like the case, it protects the rod and I thought it was a very reasonable price. Should last me for years as I take care of my equipment.

This seems like a well built rod holder, that will hold my two piece fly rod and/or my two piece 7'6" spinning rod. This DID NOT come with the carrying straps as shown in the pictures. I am disappointed it did not come with the carry strap. I will update this after I contact the seller or Amazon and see what happens.

I needed a bag for two fly rods...a 7'6 and new 9' one. Both rods were 4 piece rods. This bag worked great and is well worth the money! It feels sturdy....has a carrying handle....and I love how I can leave the reels on the butt section of the rods. Each rod section has a separate sleeve with a white tag to help me load the sections in. (see pic) Overall great case and glad I bought it!

This is the best two rod case you’ll find on the market. Very well padded where the two reels aren’t banging around on each other. Different slots for the rod pieces. It’s even big enough to put another spool or reel in on each side. Beats every other case I’ve used by miles. Very sturdy and well made. Very good price for the quality.

I travel a lot to fly fish and carry a lot of rods with me including two 2-piece, 8' bamboo rods and a 10' contact nymphing rod. So I needed a longer case that could protect my sticks. This is a great case for this situation. I think I have been able to put 6 rods in this case of varying lengths by packing the 9' 4-piece rods as 2-piece rods and putting the reels in my carry-on. Because of the rod length, I check the bag and never worry my rods will arrive damaged.I did recently have an issue where the zipper stitching started to unravel ever so slightly. This is when you find out if the company you bought the product is good or not. Let me tell you these folks are outstanding if there is any issue. They were easy to get a hold of and quickly replaced the case with no issues. Honestly, that is all you can ask for as humans make products and sometimes they have defects. It is how a company responds that matters.If you need a bag of this size and buy it, you will like it. And if you have any issues you will have a great company that stands behind their products. I already own one of these that I use for my 9 weight 10’ fly rod and my 9’6” 5/6 weight fly rod. It has a pad between each compartment for the 4 piece fly rods. What I also like is that it has 3 separate sleeves for each of the fly rod pieces, so they don’t rub together. The last compartment is for the largest platt of the rod. This item is made so you don’t have to take the fly reel off the rod. This second one I use to store and protect my 2/3 weight and my 4 weight fly rods. Frat product.

My wife bought this case for me for my 2 piece 4wt and then got me a 9’ 6wt! They both fit and are well protected. I would want a sturdier case if I was flying but to keep in the car and for storage it’s perfect!
