Margaret Holmes Seasoned Pinto Beans, 15 oz (Pack of 6)

Are these reviews for real. I heated up a can and found the beans were undercooked and hard. The salt was overwhelming. That is the only favor I could taste was salt. Not like any soup beans I ever tasted. I expected the beans to taste similar to lucks brand. Not so. My family said to throw all 12 cans in the garbage.

These pintos are as close to homemade that I can find. They are great to have on hand when you don't have the hours it takes to cook dried pintos. Unfortunately I can't find them locally any longer. Thanks Amazon for making my life a little easier.

These are the best seasoned beans you can buy, unfortunately they have become impossible to find in my local stores so I was pleased to find them on here. However, you do pay a premium compared to what they sold for in store.

Many of the cans were badly dented.

These are the best canned pinto beans you can get, but the stores here in Michigan don't carry them - must be just a Southern thing.
