Ive been doing Keto for a while but when off the diet during quarantine. I started back up about two weeks ago and have been taking this product for the last week. While in Ketosis I usually have a lot more energy which was resulted in less sleep or trouble getting to sleep. I bought this product to see if it would assist. I do like this product but not for what I thought I would get out of it. I havent noticed a difference in my sleep. I dont think it has helped me fall asleep or stay asleep. I have noticed a big difference in increased energy. I do wake feeling refreshed a more energy to start the day. I have also noticed a HUGE difference in its dietary benefits. It has really made a difference in appetite and cutting down the cravings. Especially during quarantine when you might tend to snack it has killed those cravings and has made it alot easier to be sensible when it comes to meals and quantity. I've lost about 4Lbs in the first 5 days of using this product. This is both with diet and exercise. I would recommend this product

Now that I have been using this product for a while I can give a more accurate review...It has helped to give me a good nights rest and the keto ingredients are working to keep me in ketosis!!!I have also had the pleasure to receive fit farm's awesome customer service, that is becoming a rarity in this day and time... I had a good first 2 days with these but after that it did just the opposite for me. I was finding myself waking up and moving around a lot more when taking these. Throughout the night I would feel very uncomfortable almost as if I needed to get up and burn off energy which obviously made me very tired the following day.
