The media could not be loaded. Was my first gold purchase, didn't reorder and used other brands, reordered and now I know what was missing

Although the product itself deserves 5 stars, the item arrived as in the pics shown: the lid of the jar is cracked and the paint is scattered all over the plastic covering it. At least a quarter of the content is missing and the price I payed is for a whole jar with paint!!!
