Well made, great value
I ordered this because the bridge on a Rogue 6-string banjo I was using as a travel guitar had very narrow string spacing. It was designed for playing like a lead guitar, not for fingerpicking. Turns out that this bridge had almost exactly the same string spacing. But that's NOT the vendor's fault - I read the blurb wrong. The bridge actually came via Ant Hill Music, who cheerfully let me exchange it for the 5/8" equivalent, so I could sand the ebony down past the notches and re-notch it.I will say this much - the 1/2" bridge wasn't quite as nice as the one that came on the banjo -the "feet" were smaller, meaning that the pressure on the head wouldn't be distributed as much. The 5/8" bridge I exchanged it for has feet that are nearly the same size as the original, and the one I received seems to have a better grade of wood. The notches on both replacement bridges are better-defined than the notches on the original. In other words, this isn't a $30 or $50 bridge, but it does the job.Paul Race - Creek Don't Rise

The bridge is a very nice height and makes the strings sound nice
The bridge is a very nice height and makes the strings sound nice, but the two lowest banjitar OR classical guitar strings are too thick to fit - I had to cut the gaps deeper for them to stay. You get what you pay for!

Right bridge for the Banjo.
This one worked great for a Recording KING and A Trinity River.

6 String Banjitar Bridge
4/5 -- much better than the stock bridge that came on the banjitar. It still needed a little work to get the slots just right. I used to work as a guitar tech, so this was expected and no big deal. I took one star away for this reason though, as it might be more of a challenge/headache for someone who doesn't have guitar repair/tech experience.

Not for Banjo's with guitar necks
I ordered this because my banjitar had a 5/8 height bridge and wanted to lower it. Two problems with this bridge. The first and biggest is that it is flat and will not work properly with a typical "banjitar' though it says it is for a banjitar it is actually for a 6 string banjo with a narrow flat neck. Banjitars have a guitar neck which has a curved (radius) neck rather than a flat neck like a banjo. The bridge needs to have the same radius to work properly. This is not stated anywhere in the description and hopefully they will change that. Also, the string spacing of 1 and 3/4" is narrow for a banjitar which is my fault for not reading closer. It will work in that regard but I prefer 2" spacing.Bottom line, make sure your neck doesn't have a radius and measure your string spacing. They need to make is clear this bridge is flat.
