We needed to get a halter so we can hoist our little dog (16 lb) up safely and quickly if another dog attacks her (happened in our neighborhood). Tried many different halters for our Chipoo, who's got a small neck (10") but a barrel of a chest (18.5"). (Just to complete the dimensions, her torso length is 19"). Most halters don't fit her, either rubbing in her armpits, or too loose around the collar and can be "backed out of." This halter delivers on the fit and the "trust worthiness" so she doesn't slip out and bound across traffic, or chase after small kids (a common propensity among small breed dogs). Yet it's far enough back from the forelegs that her armpits are not rubbed. The color is so eye-catching that it's reassuring to walk her on streets with traffic. It's ever so slightly sturdier than we like (a bit heavy for such a small dog), but utility wins over the slight weight increase. Would buy again.Only downside is that it's not a substitute for her car seat because the critical connection points are sewn together, not connected with metal rings through the restraint webbing belts to withstand the momentum in case of a crash. Luckily the carseat halter fits over this one, so no problem.We love the car seat we got on Amazon too.

I just got my dog Anubis about a week ago and I noticed when I was walking him off his collar thats he would pull really hard and wanted to put his nose on the ground, which made controlling him on his walks really hard. I bought this, and I immediately noticed a difference. He's actually walking with me not pulling me, and I have much better control of him. Another bonus is the vest also seems to help calm him down, so if you have a really nervous dog too maybe this might help. Overall, it's a great harness, well made, and good fit.

I love the color, reflective white, and ease of getting on. She is comfortable with it, except taking it off the head gives her stress. Attaching the leash to the front greatly reduces pulling, however, she is short and the leash hits her front legs too much. She has escaped all harnesses, including ones built no no escaping. Until now. She is unable to get out of this one. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and I would recommend it.

My 7 month old dog loves to pull and while this hasn’t completely fixed the problem on its own, it has made walks enjoyable. Seems to be quality construction. Took a while for me to get the proper fit but that was a me problem. Only thing is that the straps seem to twist. Doesn’t affect the usage but is a bit inconvenient to untwist every time.

The color is vivid. Well constructed.easy to put puppy’s head through opening.Clips on both sides so easy to get on. No lifting legs through openings. Love the 2 loops, one on chest for clipping in the dog carrier or for a tag.One on back for the leash. Vest stays in place, doesn’t pull or rub on legs. Puppy can use stairs now. I love the back handle to lift puppy into the car with my other hand under the belly. I would love to get more colors.

My dog and I really like this harness, after a slight mishap we were quickly sent a new one free of charge. The only issue is I couldn't really figure out how to adjust it with the first one, so I complained and was sent a manual on how to tighten it. I followed instructions and somewhat tightened it, but currently it fits to size. Overall good product, would recommend!

I purchased this harness for a neighbor's dog. The children were using a frayed collar and plastic clothes line to walk Jasmine-a very energetic pit mix. The harness fits based on measurements provided. She looks a lot more comfortable now, and along with the harness a new leash seems to be helping all have better walks. The harness arrived VERY quickly! I am pleased with the product and the delivery of it.

I would give it 5 stars if it is a bit lighter in weight. My dog size is in between size s and m but size m works just fine because he’s chunky in his chest.

Love the harness. Does help with my dog pulling.My only negative is that when my dog does pull the front of the harness pulls across the front of her leg which is what causes her to stop pulling so much.The colour and reflective stitching is great.

I really like this harness, but unfortunately the front clip broke within four weeks.My dog can pull for the first few minutes on his walk and then he settles down.

Easy to put on and adjust. When used with a double lead our Labradoodle, who always pulls is so much easier to walk with now.

Liked it a lot, sadly it's designed for small dogs but was purchased for a cat.However my friend Homer the chihuahua loves it .
