Recommended as a pre-op supplement so I'm giving it a try. Tastes very pure, like some herb my Chinese mom gives me in soups. As a bonus, my blood sugar has been lower these past 2 weeks. received info that 200mg should be about 1/2 tsp, and may go ahead and increase "dose". I will definitely buy again.

Good product
It says to mix into water but ut doesn't mix well so I just take it as a powder. But it tastes good so no problem there. It kind of tastes like licorice. It has helped some with energy.
