I ordered this on Wednesday, and it arrived the next day which was a very pleasant surprise. I wanted this for work, as sitting at a computer all day takes a toll on my neck and shoulders and a heating pad isn't user friendly for my desk set up at the office. I immediately opened this up and threw it in the microwave for a couple of minutes and it made such a difference! I wasn't as stiff and had much less pain. This morning first thing I did the same thing, and now here at lunchtime I may go ahead and reheat it again just to keep everything loose and pain free. The scent is amazing, like a cup of herbal tea. It's not overpowering at all, and very pleasant. I may be ordering these later for my coworkers as gifts!

I use this almost nightly for heating. I sleep with it as a pillow EVERY NIGHT! I love how this pillow smells, it so relaxing! The only thing that I considered a "con" was the back of the neck piece, I felt that it was a bit small and made it kind of awkward... until I got a super bad sinus infection that is. It was so painful and this gave me so much relief! I would heat it (130 sec. 1100w microwave. Remember to sprinkle some water on it for moist heat) and it fit perfectly on my face covering my eyes, and all sinus points on my face without covering my nose! I could even have it on my face and on my limph nodes at the same time! The pressure behind my ears was relieved within minutes! I wouldn't have gotten any sleep nor would I have recovered as quickly had I not had this little thing. Truly love it! Havn't had any issues with it what so ever and plan to buy the other pillow type soon! Would love to see an "upgraded" version with a clip to secure the two bottom sections together so it stays in place when you lounge back though!My daughter snapped this photo because she thought I looked funny! Lol Hope it's helpful! Btw, the sleep mask that's comes with it is very sad... very sad... but I bought this for the pillow! So I win! 😁5 star product in my opinion!

I purchased this as a gift for someone during the holidays, and they said they truly love it. They use the eye pillow & light guard regularly, but because they loved this so much, I decided I should try one since I have so much trouble with sleep. I put one on my wish list, since finances were so low, and when I did gratefully received one, I've been completely happy with it! Mine is purple. My favourite part is the actual neck wrap itself. It is so comfortable around and on my neck. I even walk around the house with it on, just to help to relax. I love the scent. It's a smart mix of herbs. I keep all of it sealed in a plastic bag near the side of my bed, simply to help preserve the length and strength of the scent. One thing, is I have not tried the Hot/Cold option, but it is one of the reasons I chose this, and it will come in handy. Lastly, because of the wonderful material, it doesn't attract pet hair, which is SUPER, if you have pets who shed, because you wouldn't want items with pet hair near your face. It's a remarkable product. We're each beyond happy!

I like this, for the most part. I'm not totally blown away. I wish that the neck wrap was a bit longer and wider to cover more area like some others I've seen, I have more widespread neck and shoulder pain, and this concentrates the heat very specifically at the base of the neck. It still feels nice, but maybe I should have bought one that looks more like a cape. The smell is nice, lavender and peppermint stand out. It is easy to use and heats up well in the microwave. I'm not sure that I like the silky fabric. It looks nice, but once it is moist and hot it sticks to the skin. I may try wrapping some cotton around it so it doesn't feel so clammy against my neck.

This is just perfect! Holds heat, feels like the perfect weight....not thin like others I've seen.

If you like lavender and are not terribly sensitive to strong smells, this set is awesome! I'm a migraineur, and the scent of lavender really helps my nausea! This is a strong lavender scented product, so don't order if you have a sensitivity to strong smells. But the fabric was nice - LOVE the deep, royal purple - and the feel of the product (satin) was ideal for migraine sufferers who deal with increased heat around your head and neck like I do. I bought two of these - one for home use and the other for my emergency bag. I only bought one satin and one cotton though. The cotton one is a more dull, dark purple, and not quite as soothing, but certainly serviceable. Both are definitely worth the price and purchase. One thing - if like me, you are a bit picky about sleep masks, this one you will find to be cheap and useless. I threw both out immediately after opening the package. I instead make my own that are of the same satiny material as the pillow on one side and a soothing microfiber on the other. I also use cloth straps and Velcro so that I can adjust the 'tightness' instead - much better and much longer lasting.

I needed another heatable neck pillow for my massage therapy office.The green emerald color is stunning.I love its pliability.However, it's stuffed with way too many different scented herbs, teas, etc. Just a lot going on.Definitely has a lot of peppermint in it though.Unfortunately, even after 90 minutes in my hot towel warming oven, it did not retain much heat.(Never had a problem with my other neck pillow heating up quickly, and retaining that heat.)If you need this heated up fast, your best bet is a microwave.$25 was way too steep for this product, but I was desperate.Another thing, the free eye mask is super cheap, and I would not recommend it for any type of Massage Therapy.

I love the copper color. It’s soft, well made and smells amazing!
