The system is purchased as .. it is with Windows 10 Home package.. It worked for 6 months perfectly.. Now the system is asking for the code no for activation while opening the Excel file.. ie MS office file..verified the bill ..no Code no is provided. Kindly provide the code no for activation of MS Office .Vendor Name is Kalpatru Infotech,Shop no 37 C Sree Ganesh Bhuvan,3 rd Floor Opp Polica Station, Lamingtion rd Grant Road East Mumbai- 400008. No phone no or mail address is given in the blll. Unable to Use the file Kindly resolve the issue by providing us the code no for activation of MS Office.

Good product and customer service,only draw back product description in site do not match with the product.Its is mention Hexa core but received processor with quad core.

Purchased this product along with genuine Windows 10. Recently hard disk corrupted. Dell replaced the hard disk without any issue. But as per their record they supplied without windows. So after replacement of hard disk i am searching for other service center to install Windows. I dont know whether i can get genuine windows or not now. Bad experience.

I got the package, but there is no dvd drive installed in it. It was mentioned in the specification and configuration at the time of purchase. Though i liked dell vostro system overall. But could you please deliver dvd drive seperately cause i dont want to return or replace it.

It’s worthy ,but after using 3rd month it’s becoming slow,even if we are not installing software’s....
