Great Sound, a bit difficult to use
I have several headphones and earbuds, but these are the first wireless earbuds I have purchased. I mention this because I will naturally compare the audio quality to what a good wired earbud/headphone should sound like. After trying another wireless earbud, I was pleasantly surprised by the sound quality of these. Bluetooth is a great technology, but it can result in degraded audio if not done right. The Phiaton BT 120 gets it right and makes listening a pleasurable experience. Using the product is not such a great experience, but it is OK.Once you get the product set up and paired, it will usually pair quickly the next time you turn it on. Pairing with a new device is not quite so smooth since that requires holding the power button for 5 seconds. If you hold it for less, the unit will go into standby mode and you will wait in vain. Controlling playback for start, stop and volume while wearing the earbuds is not too difficult and works most of the time, but finding the right button by feel is difficult. This gets me to my main complaint about the earbuds - the controls are impossible to see when you are wearing them, so you have to go by feel. If the neck band had been made a little longer, this could have been avoided. The length of the earbud wires is a little short as well, leading to a situation where the wires stick out from your head quite a bit when using. The product does have lots of feedback though - vibration, leds, and voice. The LEDs are tiny and difficult to see in sunlight, the vibration is useful but feels the same for off and on and only works if you are touching the device. Most useful is the voice feedback, but that only works if you are wearing them and not all the feedback you need is there.I have not yet tried answering a call, but I did try making one using voice control of my iPhone. This will only work if the phone is not in lock-screen, unless you have Siri set up that way, which creates some security issues. Very cool when it works though!Overall, I am very happy with the BT 120. I use it in the gym and while hiking/running and it makes all those activities more enjoyable.

Pretty darn good for the price
I use these headphones to listen to audiobooks while I'm working out. I have very small ear canals but biggish ears so it's hard for me to find in-ear headphones that will stay in. These do, and I can't explain why, as I have tried probably a dozen pairs before this. That is probably my top criterion and why I gave them four stars overall.Against the music and conversation and other ongoing sounds of gym activity the noise canceling on these is reasonably effective. It limits the need to raise the volume, which is what I'm really interested in so I don't lose the thread of the book. I would not use them on a long airplane flight because they don't do a good enough job (I use over-ear phones for that), but for my purposes they are sufficient. Battery life seems to be strictly average, no better, and I only get connection via Bluetooth over about 50 ft of unobstructed space when the battery is fully charged. As the charge drops with use or there are objects in the way the range decreases. But if my phone stays with me there's never a problem. All in all for the price I'm quite pleased.Update: I've used these for well over a year now and am still pleased. Got a pair of google buds for Christmas to go with my phone and cannot use them - too heavy, and the sound is muffled no matter what I do. But these, in contrast, are clear as a bell with the phone volume very low. Light and comfortable. The neck piece can be annoyingly bouncy on a run, but if I tuck it into the top of my tee it's fine. The cover to the USB charging port stopped closing almost immediately and now is gone completely. Doesn't seem to matter.Update: it's been over 3 years and I am just now having to replace them as the battery life has shortened to 2 hours. For the price I am absolutely delighted with these.

Perfect for work!
I own a greenhouse and so many days are filled with monotonous duties such as watering plants, transplanting plugs, etc. and the silence can really get to you if you're in there for long periods of time. I tried on multiple occasions to use corded ear buds but I've found myself walking away and dragging my phone onto the floor in the process. I have to use my phone so often so usually I'd just set it down somewhere and walk away - ripping the buds out of my ears in the process. These wireless earbuds allow me to be completely hands free and listen to my favorite books or music while I work. There are much more pros than cons and I'll go over the *pros* first.* Noise cancelling feature is AWESOME. The fans are SUPER loud in the greenhouse and these don't have any trouble knocking it out.* Lightweight and stylish* Charge super quick* VERY comfortable. My ears don't get sore after wearing these. Also, the vibration from iPhone earbuds make my ears itch and these don't do that.* Pairs VERY easily and stays paired.* VERY long range. I have gone all the way outside and still been able to hear what I was listening to.* Charges fast with long battery life* Lets me know the battery level when turned onCONS*Hard to differentiate the buttons when you're wearing them and have to use your fingers to feel to turn on. It would be nice if ONLY the power button was raised. This way you would know that directly above it is "on" and directly below is obviously "off" by default even if the buttons were flush and smooth. This way there is no doubt which button is which. I will probably get used to this as time goes on.* I have waist length hair and the rubberized cord gets easily tangled/grabs/pulls when I'm trying to put them on. When I have my hair in a braid (which is how I wear it during the day) then there are no issues.Seriously that's all I could think of for negatives. These are an over-all awesome product and those two points aren't really a deal breaker by any means. They're just things that *I* need to get used to.Now to keep them away from my pit mix so I don't lose yet another pair of ear buds!

Work great
Great earphones, very comfortable and I like the pit around the neck so I can take them out and quickly put them back in without them falling right down.Havenโt used the noise cancelling yet as I ride my bike and need to hear the surrounding noise, looking forward to trying it on a flight next year.Comes with different sized ear buds.Connection is strong with my iphone, no listening interruptions.

Do not buy; disconnects during online meetings, microphone poor, no response from support
Sound quality is OK; as good as cheap wired earbuds, but microphone is very poor and device disconnects itself during online meetings. Contacted Phiaton support - no answer.
