Awful smell
This smells like cough syrup..... Nothing lavendery about it..... It comes in purple, orange and blue packet..... But out of all 3 varients i prefer its orange packet..... The smelll is long lasting thought

Damaged.
I am a constant user of this product and know how potent it smells. Nothing like that when I opened it. I could see that bits and pieces of it were coming off it. And after day one, hardly any smell. This is nonsense. In excitement I have opened 4 packets already. 4 yet to open. Will think twice before ordering from this provider again.
