Very warm. Will never just use a sleeping bag alone. Not only does this lower your sleep temp rating but helps keep bag clean. Feels like sheets makes camping much more comfortable.

When I first bought it, I thought it would be restrictive but I didn’t feel like that on my camping trip 👍🏽. Item is a bit pricey and they claim 5degree increase in sleeping bag rating which I think is a bit o an exaggeration. Other than that pretty good item. It frequently can get turned inside out when getting out of it.
