Nice to have yum with added health benefit. As with all natural gum, do not expect it to last as long as conventional gum when chewing it!

Tastes Better than a Pill!
The initial burst of flavor is tasty. Unfortunately, it does not last long enough for me. However, I can chew gum and enjoy the health benefit of the B vitamin instead of swallowing a pill.
