A good universal cover that will fit just about any lens in your bag. They're great too because they protect more of the lens itself further down the barrel and they don't rip, tear, or move once on. They're also small and each to pocket while photographing or filming. A good value, easy to use, and a quick fix for those that need a lens cover to protect their glass.

I got these caps to put over lenses but found that I can use them for many things. They're great for travel as they don't take up much space and fit multiple lenses. This is what you need when traveling to dusty places (like Egypt). They're protective in rain and wet environments which is super important to me. I'm an underwater photog and I use these to cover my lenses in camera rooms - so that when my buddies come in with their wet housings and blow off the water...my lenses don't catch drops.

I ordered the originals about a year ago and with the release of v2, I’ve since got myself some micros back in February (2019). I’ve enjoyed using them. They protect the lens well and when off fit easily in my pocket and the ‘in-between-spaces’ of my camera bags. The first version would go over my 72mm lenses although a bit tight. There were manageable but a little inconvenient at the same time. Now Version 2 is stretchier and stronger. The micros fit perfectly over the rear ends of my lenses and nice and snug on the front glass of my 24-70mm f2.8 and 24mm f/1.4. Ive changed all my hard plastic traditional lens caps over to KUVRD products and use the micros whereever I go and end up shooting.

Not the greatest protection for glass but they do the job

I haven't used the micros I purchased but used the magnum on a recent trip to a dusty location. The silicone is stretchy and should protect from dust and moisture, I hope, but not from any physical damage other than a scratch. I tried the magnum on my 105mm diameter super tele lens. First time it was a pain to stretch over the lens. The next day, it ripped as I was trying to get it on to the same lens. Unfortunately I purchased several of these but to me, they are pretty worthless.

It’s been a few weeks since I ordered this and unfortunately today when I went to take it off my lens a piece of the rubber ripped off. I know it’s lightweight, but this now makes me wonder about its quality.

Never thought much about lens caps until I ordered a used lens that shipped without any caps on it. Read about these on message boards—good reviews—couldn’t really wrap my head around what they were going to feel like in terms of use of use and durability until I got them in my hands. Now having used them I like them a lot better than standard lens caps. I like taking beach photos but the thought of sand in my lens housing strikes fear into my heart. These babies give me a lot more comfort—the seal is great. They even stretch around the lens hood when put on backwards for storage. I’ll probably start converting the rest of my lens over to these—peace of mind, easy to take off and store in a second. Great product that I didn’t know I needed until I got it.

A tight fit for even a 58mm lens. Returning.

Fits well bu rips easily. Small tear quickly grew to make the cover useless. Would not recommend at all.

I use it for a 35mm lens, otherwise the cap would fall off easily. I don't have this problem now and my lens is much better protected. I am satisfied with the quality and workmanship. I also plan to buy a larger size for the larger lenses I have.

Only fits smaller lenses - anything larger than 65mm filter thread size won't fit
