I did soooo much research on the right water fountain that would have a flow but NOT have a pool of water at the bottom(so cats don’t splash) This is it!!! I got these to pry my cats away from my guest bath shower faucet for water. I have 7 cats (2 handicats) and they alllllll love these fountains (I bought 2). And no more splashing water allll over the place since the water at the bottom is covered ( I only get a few drops on the mat). They work without filters too. Great price great straight forward fountain and most importantly the cats love it!

The set up is very simple and product is well thought out. It is easy to change and clean, especially with the cord that unplugs closer to the dish (so you don’t have to unplug it at the wall switch.)

LOVE this fountain! I have tried 3 fountains for my cat because for whatever reason he feels the need to drink water by putting his paw in the water and licking it off of his paw. He's a weird cat. This fountain has a filter in the middle of the water so the dirty water flows through the filter before getting to the side that the water is pulled up from. I may not be explaining it as well as I intend, but moral of the story is that my cat makes the water dirty, it goes through the filter, filter catches all dirt, clean water comes out. HIGHLY recommend this for all cats and dogs, weird or otherwise!

First I will will start by saying both my cats seem to like this and are using it. (no small feat as they are picky and have different preferences in how to get their water) However, there is no neat way to line up the two separate parts to get the water to come up through the hole. I spilled a lot of water trying to adjust it in place. I wish they clicked together so it lined up without effort and couldn't be knocked out of line. Overall I'm still satisfied with my purchase. It just has more of a prototype feel than finished product.

I've owned some pretty expensive pet fountains. Don't get me wrong, there are some I'd rather have than this one, except for the price. So for now, I'll have this one. I was worried about several aspects of quality with this fountain, even seeing how it assembles. But after following the instructions, and plugging it in, I thought it wasn't even working. To my surprise, a couple minutes later water began trickling through the top. I cannot hear the motor! Those more expensive fountains I've had? They almost constantly whir. This is silent save the sound of the trickling water.My cat immediately investigated and happily sipped from the cascade. I would most definitely recommend this for others.

I bought this in March 2019 and set it up when it came. Both of my cats liked using it and they stopped begging at the faucet. Overall, easy to assemble and clean and had no problems with aligning the hole in the top to the pump. A little on the noisy side but not a deal breaker.Now, it's June 2019 and three months after purchase and the pump has failed. The power supply is fine, but the pump itself is dead. One star for early life failure.

So far so good, I like because there is no splashes. My cats love it. The price is not bad. What I dont like is there nothing that shows water is low, but the noise of the pump when water is low( which is not good cuz I guess can burn out). The second thing, the top and the container with the water does not fit tight; it is very loose if you not carefull bringing to the floor you definitely will have water spilling. Third and last the top has to fit on the pump, and takes several trials to make it fit (sometimes you have to readjust the pump).

Is this better than no cat fountain? The Cats have spoken. It is better than no fountain. Yes it does glug water over a spout. Here is my problem with my cats. There isn't a reservoir to drink from. They need some space to drink from. This splash fountain has no basin.It is higher maintenance than the last one I owned. It has such a small tight configuration that it does not hold plenty of water. It needs to be topped up often. Which is annoying. It is not easy to refill. The reuptake valve is so small be expected to splash water everywhere. It's best to shut it off first. When it runs low, it shoots water in a squirting motion which makes it seems like its leaking, but to no fault of the motor, just that its so easy to run out of water and any motor getting a short in its intake will do this.

El nivel de ruido, en mi opinión, es nulo, hay veces que le pregunto a mi marido si está prendida por que no la escucho, las únicas ocasiones en las que se escucha la bomba es cuando el nivel de agua es muy bajo, de ahí en fuera nada; le cabe 1 lt de agua aprox, he leído qué hay gente que no usa el filtro, y si le das agua purificada a tu gato tiene sentido, en mi caso, les doy agua purificada y aún así utilizo el filtro pues a uno de mis gatitos le gusta meter la patita y el filtro ayuda mucho a mantenerla limpia a pesar de eso. En cuanto si a mis gatos les gusta o la utilizan, al principio no sabían muy bien cómo proceder pero unos intentos por arriba, por abajo y ahora la utilizan como si nada, el que el agua siempre esté fluyendo ayuda a que les guste tomar más agua. Siempre la tengo conectada y el consumo de energía es mínimo, no marca diferencia en el recibo de luz

Es super practico facil de armar !!! mi gato es el más feliz siempre tiene agua limpia y fresca!! Hay que mantener el nivel del agua para que no haga ruido la bomba !!!

Me gusto el diseño, sí está algo alto pero no pasa nada, lo único que me desagrada totalmente es el ruido, no me deja dormir que ya estoy pensando apagarlo y mejor ponerle un botesito de agua y ya.

My cats are used to toilet and bathtub tap. So when we had to suddenly move due to my illness into my parents, they did not have the bathroom option. They both seem to enjoy having the "tap" like feature. 8/10 I figured it would be a bit bigger.

El producto es muy lindo y funciona perfecto, solo que mis gatos no les gusto, tal vez funcione mejor en perros
