This is a quality set. The banneton is natural rattan, with solid construction, and is nicely shaped. The banneton liner is made with fabric of a decent thickness, not likely to tear or fray. The dough scraper is well built, with a solid wood handle and a stainless steel blade. The scoring lame is really nice, the shape of the handle fits great in my hand, and it comes with extra blades. With this set, I feel confident that I will make some great sourdough loaves with these, and am excited to add these tools to my collection!

I saw a few videos of Charles Good Food regarding sourdough and found them to be quite helpful. I then found this bundled set and decided to give it a go. It's a great set for proofing and I appreciate there is no plastic. Everything is sturdy, well made, and I've been very happy with the purchase. I would recommend.

You have to use a lot of flour so the dough doesn't stick. Dough gets between the grooves and makes it harder to clean thoroughly. Overall a good basic starting bowl. I think I will stick with my standard kitchen bowls for future though.

I love the Banneton proofing bowl. It left a lovely design on my sour dough bread(I didn’t use the cover). The scrapper is a very useful tool for no knead breads. I am new to the scoring tool but I got a very nice first loaf of bread on my first try. I also used the scraper for biscuits. The best part was no plastic in shipping materials or in the construction of the tools. I will be ordering more as gifts.

I’m just learning to use sourdough starter, and having the right equipment makes things go much smoother. I like the bowls and the additional scoring tools.

I got this a bit ago to try making actual bread for the first time, which was a small adventure to say the least. For about ten minutes I was sure the dough was never going to come off my hands!But the basket itself and the tools that came with made the process really easy. Everything was good quality and well constructed. I decided to use the basket without the liner and I love how my loaf came out looking ♡

We have no complaints about this product. It is well made and good/great quality. I found it easy to clean, and it made proofing our homemade bread easier.
