You definitely will find this book useful for the exam, but I don't think it should be the only source that you use for preparing.

I brought the book with me to the test and it wasn't that helpful. I failed by 4 points so close but the book didn't get me there.

Good overview of security but I don’t think it’s enough for you to pass the exam. Failed the practice test with this book.
