We have a new puppy who has now been with us for a number of months. After having been though a lot of pet products here are the standouts. This version is profoundly different from the cheap version and is quite thick and large and can take hours for our puppy to consume one. These can be 3 to 6 times thicker which really matters. The puppy has to chew on it rather than break it into dangerous pieces. The price per pound is reasonable for the quality and the time it takes her to go through one. Note that there are many chews out there to choose from and some can be incredibly expensive if you do the math and consider the pound price, like $35-70 a pound or more. Thus you might change it out before it is low like twice a year rather than once a year. Some collars are sewn in such a way you cannot slide the collar through a hole in the tag and thus you have to have the split type. We decided a dangling noisy tag was not for us. These are wonderful large water bowls! The non-slip ring on the bottom keeps the bowl from slipping. They hold up well in the dishwasher. (So far I've only had them on the upper dishwasher rack.) Our dog drinks a lot of water, so I put out 2 bowls at once to be sure the water doesn't run out while I'm out. Highly recommend these bowls!

Perfect size for my greyhound and her long snooter, and quality is excellent. The non slip bottom successfully stops it from sliding all over the place when she's eating.
