Works well at slowing my horse down eating his hay
This net slows my horse down with eating much better than my old nets with 2" holes. Well made, no holes or rips evident after over a month of use

Love these hay nets!
Texas hay nets are so easy to fill with hay, carry to and from the stall and tie wherever needed. The durability has proven to hold up to every day use for my horses.

What even
So, I'll start out by saying that this is a very durable haynet, and one of the easiest I've ever had to load. However. It is an extremely *weird* hay net. It will take you a little while to figure out how to efficiently stuff and hang it, and I highly recommend replacing the rope that comes with it with a longer one. There's also a lot of extra material at the top for some reason, while the haynet itself is very round and squat when full. So- will it hold up? Yes. Is there a learning curve? Also yes.

Not for horned goats
Pros: it's well made and very sturdy materials. Comes with toy carabiner to clip to fence. Thick drawstring, easy to manage with cold hands. Perfect size for 3 flakes. Saves about 20% waste on goats!Cons: Toy carabiner is very small, hard to manipulate - switched to BD wiregate. *Goats horns get tangled! Not 48hrs goes by without having to free a screaming animal. The bags edge doesn't have any border webbing, and is very difficult to load/gather especially in the wind.** I would recommend for any non-horned grazing animal, ie. Disbudded goats

Works well for my goats
Bought for my two goats to decrease wasted hay. Easy to fill, slows my girls down, and has withheld their little goat teeth. Helps decrease hay waste as well. My friend uses this same bag for her horses and it seems to have held up well for them as well.

Works but rough
This is the 3rd Texas Hay net I have bought. The first 2 were much better. This one is made with very course netting. I am not as happy with it for that reason.

Worthy to purchase
Very durable, horses go through feed bags a lot. Have not had a problem with my horse ripping the net. I was given my first bag and later bought this one. The string stretched a little. I am very pleased to have found this for my equine friend. Thanks!
