Quality material with inadequate stitches.
Overall I really want to like these pants. They are made from a material that feels durable, is super comfortable and it fits really well. The pockets are laid out nicely, are accessible and best of all there is no weird rubbing anywhere. But unfortunately, I either got an oddball that is bad, or there is a problem with the QC. As you can see in my attached picture, the stitches begin to unravel pretty quickly. I've only worn this pair 3 times and already there are multiple places where the thread has come loose.Bottom line, is so far the performance has left me feeling cheated. For the price I paid, i expected the advertised promise of durability to be there. But so far, it is not and I am not inclined to make another purchase. Had it not been for this problem, I would almost be willing to replace my entire work wardrobe. Comfort means nothing if i can only wear them 3 times before needing to replace them.

expensive pant that didn't live up to expectations
So i ordered this pant after constantly seeing it on my FB feed. So i decided to give it a try. Im a general contractor in Hawaii and i work every day along with my crew. This pant did not live up to expectations. First gripe is there is no back pockets. I usually like to have a back pocket to put my wallet in. The pockets that were on the pant are ok. The pocket on the lower right leg is too small for my iPhone XS Max, that pocket is a zipper type. The pocket on the lower left leg is velcro, and it isn't easy to open. But the reason I was excited about this pant was that it could wick moisture off quickly. Hawaii is a hot and humid place. The first day I wore it I was soaked in sweat. and the sweat never did dry off like my drift shirts do. It stayed wet all day long. The only plus was that the pant flexs when u have to go down on your knees, or climb up. I will never buy this pant again, and they sent me the wrong color. I ordered navy blue and got grey. Save your money and buy another pant! This doesn't live up to the hype.

Perfect Trademen Pants
WOW!!! These pants feel like heaven compared to all other work pants I've tried. I'm an electrician and am kinda rough on my clothing so i was worried about how this material would hold up. On top of that I've in south Florida where its always hot and wet. I went with the T2 out of fear the T1 would be too thin and rip on sharp surfaces on the jobsite. The pants fit perfect! I'm normally a skinny jean guy but for work skinnies just don't let you move they way you need to. These pants were specifically built for tradesmen and it shows. I worried the felt waistband would be hot but instead it hugs my waist like no other pants I've worn. LoL, everyone at work thinks it's funny i can't shut up about how much i love the pants. I quickly ordered another pair of the T2 pants and scooped a pair of the shorts as well in a 9in inseam. I'm not usually supposed to wear shorts at work even thou i work torrential but him really hot days I can get away with it. I might one day decide to splurge on testing the durability of the T1s but at the current price point it's too much of a gamble for me. I hate spending so much on work attire but we will see how it holds up. So far in my limited time with the pants, one week, I'm beyond impressed. I sweat A LOT at work and usually go thru a few t shirts thru the day so that I'm not wearing a wet shirt all day long. A big problem i was having was while wearing said wet shirt, i would kneel or crouch down and the wet shirt would press against the crotch and thighs of my jeans/pants and leave them soaking wet as well. Changing shirts at work is bad enough, i will not start changing pants.. LoL.. Anyway this truewerk material is perfect for this situation bc they don't absorb nearly any moisture and what it does, drys really fast. I do sweat in them but not any more and prolly less then most of my other work pants... I'll update at 3 months unless there's a big problem! Thank you TrueWerk!

Well worth the $$$
My main concern as I bought these pants was, "Man, did I really just blow this much money on a pair of workpants?!" Yes, I did, and it was the best decision I've made in a long time. If you work outside pretty much everyday and need a pair of pants to be waterproof, look no further. Forget rainsuits, forget Frogg Toggs (Not trying to diss them, they're great, they just get super hot), these things will keep your butt dry. Dreading sitting on that wet seat? Not with these. Loathing the idea of working in a rainstorm with gale force winds? Doesn't matter, they keep you DRY. Do yourself a favor and go buy the Carhartt Rain Defender Paxton hoodie as well. I straight up stay completely dry when wearing both of these items. The rain will eventually soak into the hoodie a little bit, but I've never had it soak through. It's always stayed dry on the inside. The pants are totally waterproof though. I've never had any water absorb into them whatsoever, even when I'm in the rain for hours. As far as durability goes, they've never torn, they haven't frayed anywhere, and they haven't faded. Comfort is another huge plus. They feel like sweatpants, but look professional. Enough said. Just buy them. They're an investment in comfort for sure, but worth it.

I am ADDICTED for life. Thank Kyle from R&R Buildings on YouTube for the recommendation to TRUEWERK
I am ADDICTED for life. Thank Kyle from R&R Buildings on YouTube for the recommendation to TRUEWERK. I have bought the T3 Bibs and 4 pairs of T2 Pants over the past month. I am a young 54 year old Carpenter that has had 3 spinal fusion, knee replacement, 3 major shoulder surgeries...so comfort/freedom of movement is paramount to me. The bonus of looking VERY good (my wife pinches my ass when I wear the pants) is much appreciated. They make me feel and look youthful. The materials are amazing and DO NOT shrink or wrinkle after washing/drying. The stitching is top notch (I also sew various materials myself including leather). My advice to TRUEWERK would simply be: Do Not EVER Compromise over time. Stay awesome! This review is my way of paying it forward.
