These are amazing for the price. You can definitely feel the different resistance where-as other brand feel the same in each band. Would definitely recommend these for at home workouts.

I am really enjoying these bands. In the barre classes I take, we use plastic bands, and the plastic bands hurt. These cushy bands are thick and stretchy, offer resistance, are very comfortable on sensitive skin, and allow you to work your legs just how you want to. Great for squats, but also excellent for barre and floor work. The packaging is nice, a black mesh bag holds all of the bands while you're not using the, and the bands fold back up and look like new each time. Also important - sweat does not stay on these bands/they do not get wet and potentially moldy like some of my other workout equipment. Highly recommended for the serious workout-er at home.

I used to use the plastic bands but they always made me nervous because I didn’t want it break while I was using it. It bought this knowing I wouldn’t have to worry about that anymore. LET ME TELL YOU THESE BANDS ARE MUURRRDDDEER! I know each color represents the level of resistance. I’m telling you I’m still on the light band and compared to the plastic ones it feels like I’m doing the hardest one. Great quality too, they are very thick.

These bands have made a nice addition to leg day. They are sturdy and they offer three different sizes so you can do a variety of different workouts with them. I have noticed that they are beginning to stretch out a bit, but still holding up their durability and are doing the job. These bands also do not roll and have materials that grip to you or your clothes so that they do not slide around mid workout

I got these for my bf for Xmas and he absolutely loves them. He’s had an injury preventing him from squatting heavy but he says these help activate the flute more than he can do on his own and he doesn’t have pain when he uses it. The three sizes are great if you’re wanting a full workout or just to use them to warm up. He lots the large band so I ordered another set for him. It’s kinda hard to find good ones that aren’t girly colors for the boys so these are perfect!

These are so much better than the typical exercise band. The outer material is stretch fabric so is stays in place and doesn't bunch up. It was delivered super fast too. The mesh carrying pouch makes the whole set easily portable.

These work great and I like the fact that you can combine them to get more tension. I wish the tension of each was greater however.

the Product feels and looks quality. I imagine that it will last a long time. However, it is about slip resistant as church shoes on a wet floor.
