Stop Snoring Chin Strap by EasySleep Pro

OK, this product can be helpful at times, but it does not always work.

Well getting past the fact that you must use one of these, this is the one to use. .. I have a CPAP and I had a cheap strap and replaced it with this one. it is neoprene and comfortable and does not move or slip, easily adjustable with Velcro or you can leave it in place and slip it on and off without it distorting its shape. Great product

Tends to slide off. The ear holes are uncomfortable and during my sleep, i guess it scratches and i pull off while still asleep.

First of all, it doesn't work. It simply does not hold the lower jaw forward. We purchased two of these at the same time for my husband and myself. We're great "test monkies" because we have different patterns of snoring and two differently shaped and sized heads. It simply didn't work for either of us. No matter how tight we strapped it on or the angle we used while positioning it, when laying down both our lower jaws were somewhat open and pulled backward. It was terribly uncomfortable as well. The ear slots only work when it's strapped toward the back of your head (which of course pulls the jaw backward...). It's scratchy, (I had to put a cloth between me and the chin area) and if you really attach it tight enough to attempt to keep your jaw shut you either feel the velcro pushing into your scalp or the lower edges pushing into your neck. The smell from the the material is pretty noxious too.Bottom line, we both snored, we both were way uncomfortable and we pulled them off an hour into the night and sent them back the next day. Save your self the same aggravation.

Didn't help at all with my snoring. Tried tightening it up, different positions, etc. Only thing I got was great jaw pain when I tightened it. It was uncomfortable, even when loose.Doesn't come with any recommendations for use or other tips, just the strap. chin straps apparently help a lot of people, but it depends on the reason you snore. I got much more help from a body pillow, to keep me laying on my side.The velcro holds good and the size accomodates a large range of heads. If you want to see if a strap works for you, the price is right I suppose. (Hence the second star)

The product has good quality manufacturing. The only issue is that, just like some other comments mention, it does have a mildly uncomfortable petrol smell that doesn’t wear off even after washing.Regarding product effectiveness, me and my partner are still trying to figure out whether it works or not. Due to the fact that it doesn’t come with a manual or instructions book, we’re still trying different settings while getting mixed results. Sometimes we snore, sometimes we don’t; some settings work better than others; sometimes it is uncomfortable to wear and sometimes it isn’t.What I'm trying to express here is that you shouldn’t expect to just put it on and magically stop snoring. Maybe it will help you, but the extent on which it will depends on each specific person.

I needed a chin strap because I use nod pillows and I aways open my mouth and wake up with a severe dry mouth and told by wife that I am snoring! Since wearing this comfortable strap, I sleep better and mouth is not bone dry in the morning! The strap stays put, a lot better than previous straps I have worn! If you are a mouth breather! Get this strap!!

This has helped me stop snoring. Hurts the ears a bit.
