Can’t get over the smell
Maybe that’s my biggest bugbear with this product, the smell. I know it’s charcoal but it has a very sickly smell to it that i have to hold my breath when putting it on and taking it off.

Feels like a luxury product
I am in love with this!When you put it on it becomes warm like a spa treatment, then lathers up wonderfully. It feels really lux and is a bargain price!Love sanctuary stuff, but this is an absolute winning product!

Perfect!
Love this face wash! Face always feels so good and clean and fully moisturised after using. Combined with the miracle glow face oil its just perfect. Goes a long way too, I use it twice daily and have hardly touched the tube after 2 weeks of use, you only need the slightest drop each time you use it. Will be re-ordering in the future. Great buy and possibly one of the best face washes I have ever used!

Clean pores
First time arrived in a squashed up box, both tub empty. Amazon customer service was brilliant, replaced it next day. That came better packaged and no problem. The face wash is amazing, you put it on and it makes your face warm up straight away, opens up your pores. I use it with a face hoover after shower and it makes my face feel clean and beautiful. The price for this face wash on amazon is unbeatable, never seen anywhere this cheap.

My skin feels so soft and smooth!
I saw this product when searching for other Sanctuary stuff and hadn't tried it before, but wish I had! It has a lovely gentle fragrance, not overpowering, and you just need the smallest amount to smooth over your face with a little warm water, and gently wash - it's the loveliest facial wash! I definitely feel my skin is softer and smoother since using this gorgeous facewash, and will certainly be buying it again.

The superb quality I've come to expect from Sanctuary
I'm a big fan of the brand, and my daughter recommended this product to me. As usual I was not disappointed. Massage the gel into the skin, it starts to feel oily, add water, it starts to foam, rinse - skin is left feeling pampered. (Home spa solutions are even more of a blessing during lockdown!)

Great warming charcoal detox wash ! The cream washes the face wonderfully and leaves it delicate and smooth without irritation.
