Anji Mountain Deluxe Chairmat, 48" x 72", Dark Cherry

I purchased this office chair mat back in February and wanted to give it ample time before I wrote a review for it. I must say, this is by far the best office chair mat on the market! I am a heavy man, 298 LBS, and wasn't sure that it would hold up to my weight, but low and behold, almost four months later it is still like new. As you can see in the pictures my carpet is pretty plush and this mat is still holding strong. I also purchased the roller blade style castors for my office chair and that makes it even better. One last thing, this mat gets used on a daily basis. Thank you!

I wanted to wait a little while before writing a review to see how the product held up. I read some reviews that made it seem that it quickly looks beaten up. Fortunately, that has not been the case. I have two chairs rolling around. The did a lot of damage to my hardwood floor. I tried plastic mats, but they just scratched the floor every time they moved slightly. This one still looks great after several months. There may be some scratches (the chairs are not the best), but that's what this mat is for. To keep the hardwood floor from getting further damage. The mat is thick and in hind sight, I wish I purchased one with a lip to not have casters rolling over the edge when sitting close to the desk. Other than that, it has met and exceeded my expectations.

Very Impressive. Nice classy look in my home office/library and helps 'level' the carpeting. My office chair slides so easily compared sliding on other products. The dark is nice and dark, very dark. I thought my Stickley Bookshelves were dark/red and this looks very nice with them, mat is a little darker. I chose the option with 'no lip' because I was getting a very large mat. When I first set it up, I rolled my chair with metal base off the end-oops. It scratched a bit and I was worried, but it cleaned up very well. When I went to wedge the mat between my credenza file drawers and my big wooden desk, I stood it up on its side and was very impressed. If I had to use it as a mini wall to keep toddlers or puppies away from me for a minute and still see them I probably could. The back of it is very impressive and will be gentle to the carpet yet still adds stability.

Perfect size to make an "L" with two of them for 2nd chair or to roll to the printer...

I owned one of these wooden mats and after 3 years of use it started to splinterThis looks thicker than my original one ( no the first one wasn’t a cheap unit and costed over $200), so I am hoping this will last longer than my previous matI intend to write a flow up after 9 months of use

This "Bamboo Deluxe" mat is -not- bamboo. When it arrived, I found out that it's actually a bamboo look laminate product. One corner was damaged upon delivery revealing underneath the photo-of-bamboo exterior is a pressed fiberboard product that looks like very fine sawdust. Don't buy this if you want real bamboo.

The product is only 67" x 48"

It looks elegant in my room, very sturdy in the same time, but it keeps sliding on top of the carpet, and I have to readjust it's position every day! Otherwise, excellent.
