Nine years old
Wine might improve with age, but paint doesn't. I've had a hard time getting this product so I was happy to see that it was available through Amazon. When it arrived today, the date stamped on the can was 08/31/11. That makes it nine years old. Some people will sell anything to make a buck.

Hard to find locally anymore
The very best darn paint for rust covering or rust prevention! Rustoleum can't even get close, but all my local hardware stores are phasing out Hammerite. Part time resident in Western Washington and Hawaii this is the answer to moist sea salt environments. Have saved the metal supports for my deck and many other things. I love this stuff and it is my go to paint for corrosion protection.
