Will this work to fill termite damage on a wood door?

This would not work alone. I would dig out the heavily damaged spots then apply and fill in with Bondo wood filler. If you are in California it may give you cancer.

Can this product be used if the dry rot I am filling is still moist?

Let the rot dry out, follow the directions. Good product.

Does this stuff have a shelf life?

Will this work on the bottom of window sashes that are starting to get soft?
