Each canister of sticks come with little connectors made of a clear rubber, you could possible attach them to make a necklace. As long as the person wearing them doesn't mess with them too much, they should hold together.

Are these prepackaged? I am wanting to give them out for class prizes.

They are prepackaged in groups of 100. For class prizes you would have to seperate and individually package them yourself.
