Cage was bent and the tray was made wrong so it didn't fit properly so it doesn't close all the way. The roof was all bent up, I had to try and and bend it back into a decent place to look nice. I didn't email the company and they only offered me $15 back Or I could disassemble the cage which to some time to put together because of how bent up it was and send it back, and they would refund or send a new one. I wasn't taken a chance on that because I could end up with a worse one. No thanks. The legs are bent in. But in the end it is what it is.
