Wow! A Must Read!
This book has me roped in. Anyone who wishes to better understand the dynamics of introversion and extroversion would do well to read this book. It is a very easy read, and yet it's extremely insightful. A homerun.

It was ok
This book helped me realize I’m an introvert with a dab of shyness. I didn’t know those were two separate things. 80% of this book was useful, but I’m not going to lie, I skimmed through the parts where the author was trying to be funny. More non fiction and helpfulness would boost this book to a 5 star.

This is me!
Loved this book. It immediately explained to me why i am like i am, and why that is ok. My doctor suggested it. How glad i am. We can't all want to be in the spotlight.

Hilarious and very helpful!
This author is a hoot! For the first time in my life I was reading about someone exactly like me. I was an extrovert (sort of) earlier in my life but am now quite introverted. I have felt badly about this without knowing why. This book allows introverts to accept themselves and learn how to best nurture themselves. The author explains how in many insightful and very funny ways. I highly recommend this read to anyone wondering why they don't feel like going out much anymore or why they leave parties early. It clearly explains the difference between just being an introvert vs. someone who has social anxiety. If you are not depressed when you are alone but just would rather be with yourself or a few close friends, this book is for you!

Self-published and badly written
I was so hopeful, but this is so badly written I couldn’t get past the second chapter. When I realized it was self-published, it lost all remaining credibility. Definitely would not recommend.

Reading this has changed my life!
I know that is such a cliche’, but it’s true. I knew I was an introvert, but I always thought it was something I needed to “fix” about myself. I no longer look at it in that light but now embrace this part of my personality. Gone is the shame of not being like my more extroverted friends. Instead I now take full pleasure in doing the things that make me happy. I would definitely recommend this book not only to introverts, but also to extroverts who want to better understand their introvert friends and relatives.

Enjoyed reading quietly alone...
Michelle has a wonderful since of humor. Some seemed to think title meant her book was telling introverts to be extroverted, this is NOT what the book is about. It is about accepting who we are and embracing our personality. She also does not bash extroverts.

introversion-LITE
If you are looking for a serious book on living as an introvert and not being overwhelmed by a world that caters primarily for the extroverted part of the population, this isn't that book. There is some useful information and some humour but there's a lot of fluff and filler, and some of that filler is downright irritating,(joke horoscopes? really?) and some of the humour fell very flat for me as it seems to fall into the trap of basically depicting introverts as total misanthropists. I suspect as a neuro-diverse woman of (haha) mature years I am not really the target demographic so I have given three stars when my instinct was for two.

Informative Book
This book is great for people wondering if they are an introvert or just strange...It shows introverts that the traits and preferences they have are Not unusual but part of their personality type. The book also gives some great guidance about how to navigate the world of extroverts and accept their own likes and dislikes.
