After attempting a 200 mile bike race last year and pulling out because of the burning in my feet, I went to a foot doctor to see what I could do. He recommended a metatarsal pad. I've used a variety of styles since then as I've been retraining for my bike race this year. These have the silicone squishy-ness not just a pad that seems to make the difference for me. Instead of feeling like a cripple because I couldn't race or do any elevation climbing - I had a GREAT ride this year and my fee never bothered me. These were wonderful and just what I needed to keep on riding. I will buy several and always have them on hand from now on!I would highly recommend .Also- these don't stick to the sole of your shoe, they loop around your second toe. I was worried about an residual rubbing there, but over 100 miles of riding and lots of foot grinding as I was climbing- the toe loop didn't bother me once!

I can only express ultimate satisfaction for these forefoot pads. My foot agony is all but gone. I recently returned from a vacation trip where I needed to do a great deal of walking. Most of that time was spent in agony due to pain and discomfort in the balls of my feet. I only found these marvels after I returned. If only I had them 3 weeks ago! They are easy to use and so simple but the design is perfect and the effect is most wonderful. I cannot recommend this item highly enough!

This product works great! Better than store bought products!!! i’ve tried them all. Greatly reduces pain in foot pad with use. I cannot say enough about this Comany as well. These pads stay in place while being worn. I can't even feel that I am wearing them except for the overall excellent level of comfort in my shoes. They address the exact part of my foot where I have pain, just below the base of the toes. I have not had the opportunity to wear them yet on a very long walk, like 4+ miles, but I think they will greatly improve my comfort. So far they seem pretty durable.

I've been wearing these for a few days (on and off). They are helping with my Morton's Neuroma somewhat. I find that I feel relief when wearing them, although if I am on my feet for more than a few hours, my pain does return. But, overall I would recommend these for temporary relief.

I purchased these for my 78 year-old father who has very little natural cushion on the bottom of his foot. He is now much happier walking and requested a spare set. These are now the first thing he puts on every morning.

This is a most comfortable product. Unfortunately my wife suffers from a previously broken toe and this is not solving the issue.Thanks for a very fine product

These are great. I have used other metatarsal pads, but in the heat they stop sticking. With the toe loop they stay in place much better.
