I bought this to help with my posture at work as I sit at a desk all day, I'm not lieing when I say as soon as you put it on, your posture is improved, I wear it under my shirt so it isn't visible and it's very comfortable, unlike another one I tried this doesn't rub! Much better quality too, suggested this product to all my colleagues!!
