Cheap plastic parts
Five days after the return window closed the plastic connectors have begun to stretch and crack on the bottom tier where the most pressure/weight is being applied. This is causing the legs to buckle and soon it will probably start to fall over. The most clothing I've hung on it has been two sweaters per tier (12 total) which does not seem excessive for something with a metal frame. But I guess like anything it is only as good as its weakest components.

Perfect
Super easy to put together! Perfect for drying sweaters and other “lay flat to dry” laundry items! I really don’t know how I lived without it! I’m thinking about buying a second one to stack! The only thing I’d change is that the include caps for the bottom bars or “feet” on the floor part.

Why didn't I buy this sooner?
This thing is the best! It takes up quite a bit of room, but if you have the space, it saves your clothes by giving you the perfect place to air dry your all the things you keep shrinking in the dryer. I can't be the only person who has shrunk her clothes over and over...I finally bought this and can't figure out why it took me so long to invest in one! Simple to put together. The only reason not to get it is a lack of space.

Weak connecting pieces but if those were fixed 5 Stars
I would say I really like this, but the plastic used to attach the legs together breaks. If that’s one part was more we’ll made it would a five star review, hands down. ...When the connecting piece brook at the part that connects to the base legs we just removed the base legs. So still usable but not off the floor as much as I would like.

It's huge but good
I have lots of room for drying racks so I'm happy with it, but pay attention to the measurements because it's a big one. Also, assembly is at least 20 minutes, it's not hard but it does take a while. It'll hold a lot, and it's great as an overflow drying rack for drying all your clothes. I thought this would be mainly used for sweaters but we're using it for bras (each shelf will hold 8-12 bras. It's great for slippers and pillows and just regular shirts and washrags or whatever. If you need a sweater rack but don't have room for that and a regular drying rack too, this could definitely be used as our only drying rack. But if you just need a rack for occasional sweater drying, get something smaller.Would be great rack for drying herbs or whatever else you need to dry. Lots of swimsuits or wet mittens and hats in winter.

works like it's supposed to - takes up space to store
When I first opened this product, I was afraid assembly would be a nightmare (saw all those rods and plastic end pieces). However, once I started assembling, it was much easier than expected and did not take much time. It works well, fitting layers of sweaters and things that can't go in the dryer. The only 1 star off is that I don't have space to store it when I don't need it. I don't want to take the whole thing apart but it takes up space. I don't want it to get dusty in the garage and then put clothes on it, so I ended up putting it on high up shelves that I don't use.

Very easy to assemble
Very easy to assemble. Sturdy; doesn't wobble or collapse. Spacing between tiers makes it easy to place multiple items on different tiers to dry at same time. Very good value for price.
