The mesh count indicates how many fibers in one square inch of the screen, a 150 mesh count screen has 150 fibers in one square inch of the screen. Lower mesh count screens have larger openings that allow more screen print ink to flow through, while higher mesh count screens allow for finer details in your printing but with less of a coating of screen print ink. Knowing Which Mesh Count to Use Experience will help you determine which mesh counts you prefer to use on individual projects, but some guidelines that will help you get started with using different mesh counts. 110 to 160 mesh count screens are the most versatile and the most commonly used in screen printing. Worth it!
I was kind of skeptic at first about the product not being rolled up. I received the product today and it came in a tube all rolled up. No wrinkle. No crease. Totally worth it.

Fun ! Heavy ink !
I'm still new into silkscreen, this screen let's alot of ink through. Small details bleed out . Still had fun making frames and making shirts ! I love life ! Thanks America!

Great screen!
Fabric is perfect with no folds. One order came with slightly smaller dimensions but sellers responded quickly and stoked the problem perfectly. Will definitely order again!

DON'T BUY! NOT 250 mesh-look elsewhere for higher mesh counts.
Found out too late that mesh counts of 160 or higher are dyed yellow to diffuse light when exposing your screens. This mesh is at best 150 or 110, it held no details during an exposure calculator test. Look somewhere else for a higher mesh count and if it's 250 or higher mesh count it should be yellow!!!

Not to size
Everything arrived as described with the exception that the dimensions we're not as advertised. Short side was consistently 15 5/8", not 16" as advertised. No tolerances we're given on this item and size should be oversized not undersized. Edges were cut ragged.
