There aren’t any actual words or a name plate on the urn. I believe the words you see in the picture is the name of the company who makes it. Just a “label” on the picture. I’m sure you can put a plate on it as the urn is solid wood

I’m not sure. I received a mortuary plastic black bag box that contained a plastic bag of ashes that used to be my adult 105 lb daughter 23 year old daughter. The plastic bag and ashes transferred to this container and fits perfectly! The box is beautiful and I am very pleased. She sits next to me on the stand. I definitely recommend this product but I am sorry that you need it too.
