Just received these so haven’t really used on fabric per se but I did practice cutting through four layers of cotton material through the hem and cut easily so the blades must be sharp. They are pretty weighty so not sure my old hands will be happy about that but we’ll see, I don’t sew a lot anymore but am getting back into it a little so hope I didn’t make a mistake. However, the price was right so I went with it. And I liked the position of the handle so the blades were flatter against flat surface. They appear very well made....again time will tell and I’ll update if that’s not the case.

I gave this only four stars because the instructions say stay away from the acid base. It does not tell you which partOf the scissors is acid based! I’m concerned noe to even use them. What the heck?

These look soo large in person, being 10.5’ long lol. They did cut fabric just fine for me with no problem. I did not try paper. I did purchase these for fabric cutting.

Although these are probably meant for fabric, they cut paper very well; the blade length allows for making a longer cut than ordinary eight-inch scissors.

These were not good quality shears. They looked like they would break if the fell on the floor. They weren't sharp. I purchased them to cut apparel. I expected a nice even cut. The cut was labored. Only selected a star because I had too.
