These feathers are pretty good. You get (1) 2 yard strip of bias tape with the feathers glued and sewn in between with each order. The fullness of the feathers is very thin, so you will have to order multiple and layer them to get a nice full look. I had VERY LITTLE shedding so that is a big plus. The adhesive does get on your needle and thread so hand sewing was a bit tough. Machine sewing was a breeze. I used a running stitch to join the individual bias strips together and then sewed it as one piece to the dress hem and sleeves. (2 individual strips on the hem and 1 strip cut in half and each half doubled for each sleeve.) 3 orders in total. If sewing to a stretch dress/costume, the bias tape will make it completely rigid, so take that into consideration when planning it out. I would definitely reorder these.

The wefts are thin so you do have to keep them lined up close. For this top, I used about 9 of the 10 yards I bought. It looks very fluffy and pretty. It was just the amount of extra I wanted for my birthday outfit and a great alternative to a 200 dollar outfit.

I wanted to do something different to my daughter’s dress. I decided to add the feathers to the top and her split using fabric glue. 10/10

I checked the other low reviews and found the same issue, but I can't believe more people didn't complain about this major inconvenience. I cut shoulder holes in my dress for a costume party and planned to line the area with this fringe for height and flair. Obviously after I cut holes in the shoulders, there was no going back! What should have taken twenty minutes to sew on the machine ended up being a job by hand because of the goo/glue they use to make this fringe. It gets all over your needle. I had to use alcohol constantly to wipe it off. It also clogged the thread hole, and I had to scrape it out. Not worth the time unless you plan to glue it on. Sewing it will definitely be a battle. Otherwise would have been perfect.

I love them. I bought them white and dyed them an apple green and they took better than I thought. I had to do 5 layers to get them to look full which I expected but I achieved it with just one 10 yd. bundle. No shedding, even after I washed and took a blow dryer to them. Will definitely buy again.

It's not bad for the price. The feathers are a lot thinner then they appear in the picture. If you click on the "Beige" color option, the feathers are shown in single layer and you will see a more accurate depiction of the density. It will still work for my purpose but if you need something nice and full, you're gonna want to layer up. I bought the "Wine" color and while it will still work, it's a bit more pale then I was hoping for.

I added this fringe to the bottom of a Jean jacket. It is stunning!

It is HORRIBLE. The second I opened the package there was a smell of glue. Feathers were dirty in some kind of dust and gooey residue. It was not at all as advertised on their photo. Returned it.

It is a good product if you don't want a lot of feathers, I wanted to make handcuffs for a blazer so I had to use 4 layers in each one because it didn't have a lot of feathers, but it is a good product.

Very disappointed in the quality of this product. It definitely is quite a bit thinner than the image from the seller.
