SHEEX Original Performance Mattress Pad, Soft, Cloud-Like, Cooling Mattress Topper, King/Cal King

This is an amazing pad. Quality of fabric and design unlike anything I have experienced and I am an old traveler. Perfect for Sheex sheets. This cooling pad is best I have tried for cooling. It actually works. But it does so by using a thick pad that changes the firmness of the bed. Most of us buy beds that feel good to lay on because of the support they provide. Not too soft and not too hard. This is a soft pad and lets you sink into it. I do not wake up sweaty any more but I now wake up with a sore back due to an overly soft bed. If your bed is too hard, this is for you. For me I have traded night sweats for a sore back... My search for a solution to night sweats continues.

I got a memory foam mattress topper and found it a tiny bit too firm and a bit hot, so I thought a mattress pad with a touch of fluff would make it just right.I'm a big fan of Sheex sheets, so I was happy to see they make a cooling mattress pad. It is comfortable and has just enough fluff to make my mattress topper feel like a supportive cloud.However, it doesn't cool much - I am cooler than I was with just the memory foam, but not cool by any stretch.The fibres that stuff the pad aren't baffled or tufted very well - they're bunching up as I sleep on it. After three weeks, it looks like really wide-wale corduroy. It's not uncomfortable, per se, but it's only a matter of time. I can feel the little ripples in it and it's not going to get better. I don't move a lot when I sleep, so if someone tosses and turns a lot, I would bet it's way worse.

This product is defective and Sheex Continues to sale it knowing there is a problem with it. There is several reviews indicating the problem, after a few weeks of sleeping on this small little parts of the material bowl up and make little balls between the sheets and the mattress.

Comfortable and soft but it pills a lot. Seems fibers from the filling work their way thru the cover then pill on top. I wouldn't expect this to happen with a $150 mattress pad. Let alone a Sheex's product. Preparing return.

External material balls up quickly like a very worn carpet making it feel like laying on tiny pebbles. If I would have tried it earlier I would have returned it. Not the quality I'd expect from Sheex; as I've been quite happy with their sheet sets.

This mattress pad is soft, thicker than expected and provides extra padding between me and the mattress that I didn't even know I needed. This brand will definitely be my 'go-to' for future bedding.

Can’t say enough about how wonderful the topper is! It’s incredibly soft and has the feel of crushed cotton and gel. Not so sure about the “cooling” aspect though. It doesn’t seem to keep me any cooler but it doesn’t make me hotter either.

WOW!!! It IS like sleeping on a cloud! Amazing product, I love it.
