flexible, reasonably priced, well worth the money
I was a little concerned this might run small because a lot of sheer shrugs online are junior sizes or asian sizes. Well this is definitely american adult size. I wear a size 6 and i definitely consider my arms on the chubby side (that's why i'm getting these in first place) so I ordered a medium just to be safe. It fit as expected for a medium, somewhat roomy but not too loose. The fabric is stretchy so it should fit a good range of sizes.

Sizing very inaccurate.
I really appreciate readers' reviews. This is so mis-labeled as far as sizing - it was way too small! I wear a small or medium in tops. Based on the reviews I ordered a large but should have paid more attention. Too tight. I needed 2 sizes bigger. I returned it and ordered an X-L. It fits fine. I had to get used to this type of shrug (bolero) but it is nice because it covers my arms but allows the pattern of a special dress to be seen.

Perfect Sheer black coverup!
Great fit, exactly as pictured in model photo...perfectly sheer black, thin material soft and not scratchy, perfect elbow length...allowed movement but still very fitted...comfy to keep on all night at a wedding...stayed in place and only occasionally slipped off one shoulder...just enough cover up as to not add any bulk and take away from the style of whatever dress you pair it with...ordered size 3X just cause it says junior so i figured it may be a smaller style and i have larger arms which is why i wanted a cover up! Highly recommend!

Poor Quality Item
This item is as sheer as panty hose and mine even came with runs. I threw it in the trash...what a waste. Very disappointed.

Classy and a perfect fit!
I love this shrug. I usually wear a size 10-12, and I ordered the medium and it fits perfectly. I just wanted something that covers my arms and a little bit of my chest. And this fits my needs exactly. It's exactly as in the picture, except I did not have the wrinkles or folds in the arms as it fit me perfectly. The material is similar to a fine net and lovely. Above all five stars also because it's made in America!

Just what I was looking for, but order one size up
I bought this to go over a sleeveless black dress. I normally wear a Large (12/14). I originally ordered a XXL based on some other reivews. However, it was a little large and looked a bit sloppy. I then ordered an XL and it fits perfectly. It's fitted, but the material has stretch. It's a more elegant look. The XXL is going back.
